note :
When equipped it increases the chances of zombies attacking your compound. Take note that zombie raids are not considered as a mission and therefore books that increases mission xp doesn't take effect, well... the xp increase doesn't take effect anyway. The baiting book works well when you have rested xp instead as it doubles the xp gained by every survivor present during the zombie raid.
